レクチャーのお知らせ（组织了讲座。Notice of Lecture）

2022年5月11日、古家和典弁護士が日本の特許無効審判とその実務につき、西安の西北大学法学院においてオンラインでレクチャーを行いました。司会は邱洪华教授（西北大学法学院/知的財産権学院副院長）です。他にも知的財産権を専門とする教員が参加し、レクチャー終了後質疑応答が行われました。また、西安以外の地域からも参加者がおり、レクチャーは盛況に終わりました。

2022年5月11日，古家和典律师在西安市西北大学法学院就日本专利无效审判及其实践做了在线讲座。 会议由邱洪华教授（西北大学法学院/知识产权学院副院长）主持。 其他专门研究知识产权的教员也参加了讲座，讲座结束后还进行了问答。 来自西安以外的与会者也踊跃参加了此次讲座。

On May 11, 2022, Kazunori Furuya gave an online lecture on Japanese invalidation trial for a patent and its practice at the School of Law, Northwest University in Xi’an. The host was Professor Honghua Qiu (Vice Dean, School of Law/ Intellectual Property Insitute, Northwest University). Other faculty members specializing in intellectual property also participated in the lecture, and Q&A session was held after the lecture. The lecture was well attended by participants from outside of Xi’an.
