He studied Information Disclosure and Privacy Law in the US as a visiting scholar at University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2017-19. Toshiyuki Nakamura is a patent attorney, Japan. He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shibaura Institute of Technology. After working in the design division of an automotive parts manufacturer, a patent firm, and the intellectual property division of a gaming machine manufacturer, he established his own patent firm.
