Teiyu Sako is an attorney at law and patent attorney in Tokyo, Japan. He received Ph.D. in Engineering from University of Tokyo and LL.M. degree (with Law & Technology Certificate) from UC Berkeley. While working as an engineer at Sharp Corporation for nine years, he engaged in R&D of liquid crystal displays and mobile phones with TV. Based on his IT knowledge and practical experience, he handles many IP cases, particularly in the fields of patent litigation, opinion, negotiation, licensing, and application.

Kazunori Furuya is an attorney at law in Tokyo, Japan. He received LL.B from Keio University and J.D. from Seikei University, School of Law. He studied Information Disclosure and Privacy Law in the US as a visiting scholar at University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2017-19. His areas of expertise are business law (corporate law, compliance, system development contract) and antitrust law (including Act against Delay in Payment of Subcontract Proceeds, Etc. to Subcontractors and Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations).
